Tatyana Dulyak has been working in the capacity of the commercial director "Bashtanka Cheese Plant" for 20 years. She is a highly skilled expert of economics and management. Owing to her extensive knowledge and experience, "Slaviya" trade mark has won recognition in the markets of Ukraine, Russia and Moldova. Tatyana Dulyak supervises the work of marketing, planning and analytical departments.
The company is represented by dealers in 22 cities of Ukraine. About 7,000 tons of cheese is realized annually. The company is highly profitable and competitive in the market of Ukraine and abroad.

Closed Joint Stock Company "Bashtanka Cheese Plant" was founded in 1973 and since then has been manufacturing dairy products. Today it is one of the leaders in production of high-quality cheeses in Ukraine under "Slaviya" brand. The company employs 420 workers. Anatoly Poruchnik, a well-known expert in the dairy industry, has been supervising the company for more than 25 years. Throughout this time the factory has been reconstructed, modernized and re-equipped.
The factory processes 300 to 350 tons of milk a day. The output of firm cheese is around 7,000 tons per year, whole-milk production reaches 7,000 tons a year and around 1,000 tons of butter are produced.
The enterprise is equipped with advanced industrial equipment imported from Bulgaria, Austria, France, Sweden and Spain.
The company manufactures 14 kinds of firm cheeses; among those are zdamer, Emmental, Bashtans'ky Anniversary, Marble, Mozzarella, Suluguny, Cheddar, etc., as well as soft cheese in plastic 100 g cups or foil packaging. Butter produced at the plant has either 72.5% or 82.5% of fat content. No preservatives or additives are used. The production is certified according to the International Management System of Quality ISO 9001:2000.
