Being the largest broker on the Ukrainian stock market, we accounted for over 30% of total stock turnover on the PFTS, UkraineÂs primary exchange, in January-October 2006. Over the same period, our investment banking division completed eleven IPOs and private placements for Ukrainian companies and banks, raising $400m, and advised on attracting some $300m of debt financing.
