Brief description of original products:
AMIZON 0,25g tablets
INN: AMIZON, ATC: L03AX12
CHEMICAL NAME: N-methyl-4-benzylcarbamidopyridinium iodide
PHARMACOLOGICAL GROUP: Cytokines and immunomodulators
Pharmacological properties: Amizon possesses immunomodulating activity by strengthening humoral (increase of the titer of antibodies and endogenic interferon in the blood plasma in 3-4 times) and cellular (stimulation of functional activity of T-lymphocytes and macrophages) components of immunity, and also by influencing on the factors of a natural antibacterial resistance (at the level of a lysozyme). Besides, Amizon has marked analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. The analgesic effect of Amizon is attained through a reticular formation of a brainstem. The antipyretic properties of Amizon are due to its influence on thermoregulatory centers of the intermediate brain. Anti-inflammatory effect is a result of the stabilization of cellular and lysosomal membranes, inhibition of basophil degranulation, antioxidant action, normalization of the level of prostaglandins, cyclical nucleotides and energy metabolism in the inflammatory lesion, and also reduction of vascular reactions. Amizon has no hemo- and nephrotoxic properties, it does not render negative influence on a blood count, hemopoiesis and mucosa of a gastrointestinal tract. The drug has no local irritating, allergenic properties, embryotoxic, mutagen and teratogenic effect.

ANTRAL, tab. 0,2 No.30
INN: ANTRAL, ATC: A05B A08
CHEMICAL NAME. Tris-[N(2,3-dimethylphenyl) anthranilato]aluminium
PHARMACOLOGICAL GROUP. Liver therapy
Pharmacological properties: Antral belongs to the group of hepatoprotectors. It is effective in the treatment of acute or chronic hepatitis of different origin, liver cirrhosis, reduces asthenovegetative disorders, increases appetite, improves sleep, reduces dyspeptic phenomena.
During course of treatment the drug normalizes the levels of a bilirubin, gamma globulins, cholesterol in blood, prothrombin index, activity of transaminases and alkaline phosphatase.
Antral has prolonged anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic activity, as well as immunomodulating properties and antiviral activity in relation to hepatitis viruses A, E and B.
Results of preclinical trials have shown, that Antral, under the conditions of acute, subacute and chronic liver damage by different xenobiotics and their combinations decreases severity of consequences of the action of hepatic toxins, activates reparative processes in hepatocytes, normalizes indicators of structural and functional condition of a liver in adult, young and juvenile animals. The drug inhibits lipid peroxidation in blood and tissues, supports an activity of antioxidant systems of an organism, promotes stabilization of a liver structures and membranes of hepatocytes. Antral has no negative influence on functions of organs and systems of an organism, no cumulative properties, as well as no immunotoxic, local allergenic, ulcerogenic, embryotoxic and teratogenic effect.

ISODIBUT, tab. 0,5 No.30
INN: ISODIBUTUM, ATC: A10X A02
CHEMICAL NAME: 1,3-Dioxo-1H-benz(de)isoquinoline-2(3H)-butyric acid
PHARMACOLOGICAL GROUP: Aldose reductase inhibitors
Pharmacological properties: Isodibut is an inhibitor of aldose reductase enzyme. Isodibut decreases activity of aldose reductase 1.5 to 3 times and increases activity of sorbitol dehydrogenase in 1.2-1.4 times, thus inhibiting the sorbitol path of glucose metabolism (its activity is considerably increased in patients with diabetes mellitus) and prevents accumulation of sorbitol in vascular walls, nerves, and lens, inhibits the processes of protein glycosylation. The drug prevents swelling and damage of tissues, first of all vessels, nerves and lens. The drug reduces the contents of glycosylated proteins in the blood and cellular membranes. The drug improves function, metabolism, microcirculation of the brain and improves memory. The preparation improves general condition and physical activity of patients; it has a notable analgesic effect (pain in bones reduced or stopped).
Mebiphon have no inhibiting effect on the system of a hemopoiesis, immunogenesis and immune response. In some patients a stimulation of hemopoiesis (both erythro- and leukopoiesis) was significant. Quantity of thrombocytes practically does not change.
The diffuse changes of myocardium of variable intensity may occur in the beginning of treatment, their parameters do not vary during treatment. The tachycardia is not increased. Mebiphon has no influence on respiratory system, function of the liver and kidneys.
