Volovyk Valerii has began his career on Kiev Jewellery Factory in 1977. In 2000 he was appointed on the position of Head of board. For period of his management on the factory 400 new workplaces are created, the facade of building and all production apartments is repaired, the assortment of the produced products is renewed and extended, new technologies are applied in industry, a new workshop for chains producing is created, for 5 years a production volume and realization of products grew up in 6 times, export - in 7 times, payments in the budget of Ukraine increased.

Perepelytsya Igor manages Marketing department of Kiev Jewellery Factory. The main tasks of department are the studies of demand of consumers, development of new assortment, promotion of the product and organization of participation in exhibitions.
