Radchenko Yuriy works on SSPP "Association Kommunar" from 1977 year, after the ending of the Kharkov Aviation institute.
Since 1992 to 2003 year he worked in a post of the assistant to the general director on marketing and guarantee supervision.
At his direct participation in 1999 the enterprise has received through the International case of experts of volunteers grandee from the Ministry of Defense the USA under the program "The Kharkov initiative" at a rate of 84 thousand dollars due to what at the enterprise "The Marketing commercial centre" which promotes image of the enterprise and promotion of his(its) production on the internal and external markets has been organized.
Since 2003 to 2005 Radchenko Y.N. worked in a post of factory manager "Kommunarschetmash" (branch SSPP "Association Kommunar") - the assistant to the general director of association.
Since March 2006 the post of the first assistant to general director SSPP "Association Kommunar" holds.

Type of business in which you are involved

Kharkov State Scientific and Production Plant "Association Kommunar" being a part of the National Space Agency of Ukraine - one of the biggest enterprises of the radio engineering industry.
One of the first in the Soviet Union in 1951 association began the assimilating and then the series production of the equipment of control systems of rockets-carriers "Soyuz" and "Proton" by means of them were accomplished all starts of spaceships with cosmonauts on board, artificial satellites.
Also the enterprise lets releases a wide spectrum of the industrial and household goods:
  • invertore the welding equipment for household and industrial application;
  • industrial and household electric meters;
  • counters of the account of the charge of water;
  • X-ray introscope systems of customs inspection of luggage "Poliscan";
  • software and technical complexes of management of steam turbines;
  • monitors of system against an icing and a complex central air of air of planes AN-70, ÀN-140;
  • tvset of the color image and many other things.
Since 1995 one of new directions in industrial activity of the enterprise is manufacture of the equipment and completing products for passenger railway cars and cars of the underground (complete sets of an electric equipment, means of the signal system, door systems, elements of an internal interior, a shelf, an accessories, etc.). Association has:
  • the powerful production and scientific-technical potential having in its structure three plants and Scientific and technical Special Design bureau (ST SDB) "POLISVIT".
  • qualified personnel and is interested in business cooperation with both domestic and forcing partners for joint production and marketing in the domestic and international markets.

Specific offer to American companies

SSPP "Association Kommunar" has developed and produces wide assortment of welding units. Distinctive feature of welding equipment for arc welding on the bas of inverter rectifiers is high saving electric power consumption, low material consumption at high-quality welding. Developing welding units of other modification.
One of the main approaches of "Association Kommunar" since the mid-nineties has become producing devices of accounting electricity and water flow. Since then till now mono-phase and three-phase electronic meters of active and reactive electric power, assortment of which allows arranging complete energy account both of domestic and industrial consumers have been developed and commissioned. Distinctive feature of our meters is low consumed power, high threshold of sensitivity, high protection degree from unauthorized energy consumption. Electronic meters are successfully operated practically in all the regions of Ukraine. High technological and operating parameters of the meters are provided by joining modern production technologies: income control of element base, automation of operations of regulating and calibration, electro thermal training of the meters, applying components of the leading world manufacturers. As per result of operation we confirmed high reliability of the meters that allowed extending warranty period till 3 years.
Our water flow meters have gained popularity among Ukrainian people. The meters allow saving considerably means for communal payment. Use of advanced technologies at producing water flow meters allowed increasing calibration period till four years. Nowadays, we have put in serial manufacturing new water flow meters with internal diameter Du=20mm (SVK-2,5) and Du=40mm (SVKM-10). Besides, we produce technological equipment for calibration of water flow meters; carry out all the complex of service maintenance of its production.
Since 1993 ST SDB "POLISVIT" has been carrying out complex of work on developing, producing, assembly and technical maintenance at operation X-ray systems for supervision "Poliscan", intended for operative control of contents of different objects without their uncovering. By now we have developed and offer to the consumer wide assortment of the items for this purpose:
  • "Poliscan-2" is a system, intended for supervision of motor cars and microbuses at customs admission gate. It provides creating two-angle image of the control object;
  • "Poliscan-3" is a complex, intended for making supervision of see containers and wagons at freight terminals. It provides creating two-angle image of the control object;
  • "Poliscan-1" and "Poliscan-4" are the systems which provide supervision of the contents of large-size luggage, boxes at the customs gate, in aero- and see ports, at freight terminals;
  • "Poliscan-5". "Poliscan-5D" are the systems serving for arranging supervision of hand luggage, medium-size luggage and posting parcels, modification "Polyscan-5D" allows controlling simultaneously on two displays: one - in colorful mode, and other - in black-and-white mode;
  • "Poliscan-6" is a compact system, intended for controlling contents of small-size luggage, postal parcels, hand luggage and bags. Due to its compactness it is easily integrated into interior of any premises to provide safety of offices and others;
  • "Poliscan-7" is a transportable system for operative control of the objects under transient conditions; it has the largest control zone (500x400 mm) to control objects.
Over 50 years our enterprise has been working in the field of developing calibration-control and testing equipment for goods of space industry. On the base of experience of developing goods of electronic equipment we have designed multi-channel strain gage measuring system, which is operating on the stand of strength tests of aero structures of ANTK "Antonov", it is intended for research and determination of deflected mode of structures by processing measuring results. The system provides diagnostic troubleshooting till replaceable block, as well as diagnostic troubleshooting of the control object sensors. Specified system life is no less than 5000 hours within set service life of 10 years.
By request of "Ukrzaliznitsya" we have developed output of stuff for railway cars as follows: furniture, electrical equipment, locks, data panels, radio network and lighting equipment, control car panels. Besides, the enterprise is developing internal interior of the cars.
