Centrifugally Cast Tubes Centrifugally casting is finding more and more application in the world, from drums for cement solution used in the USA, and finishing with parts of gas turbines, reformers, cracking installations of oil refineries and heavy-walled tubes for sea oil pipe-lines, Æ in all of these cases centrifugally cast tubes provide high reliability and have higher corrosion resistance as the tubes of equal price. Seamless centrifugally cast tubes are manufactured in an OD range from 135mm to 1060mm, WT range 10 to 250mm, length to be up to 6200mm of carbon,- structural,- high-alloyed,- stainless,- high-temperature steels and alloys, as well as bi-metallic ones with different combinations of layers. Totally there are mastered more than 200 grades of steel and cast iron there, as well as 35 bi-metallic combinations. Elbows Elbows have application in different pipe-lines. ODs of elbows are in a range from 22mm to 630mm, they are manufactured of carbon,- alloyed,- and stainless steels, cracking steels and chemically-resistant and high-resistant steels, some part of the assortment is manufactured of cold-rolled tubes of our own production. Centrifugally-cast tubes, manufactured by "Trubostal", are widely used in various branches of industry.Tubes-blanks for machine building industry Centrifugally-cast tubes are used as low waste blanks in machine building for manufacturing valve bodies, flanges, bandages, rings, motor bodies, bodies and hollow rods of hydraulic cylinders, pump bodies, hollow shafts, slitters, mould blanks for machine building. Abrasive, rubber technical and refractory industry, crane and brace drums, bushings, including bimetallic wear resistant ones for slush pumps, sleeve blanks for combustion engines. Rolls of high-temperature heating furnaces Furnace rolls in which cast tubes are used have high-temperature operating characteristics, that are twice as high as the similar properties of the rolls, barrel of which is made of rolled or pressed tubes. Rolls and rollers of wide nomenclature Centrifugally-cast tubes are widely used for manufacturing of wear-resistant rollers for metal carriage roller-conveyers, rollers for paper-making industry, rollers of preheating furnaces by galvanizing, rollers of furnaces for heat-treatment of sheet glass, rollers for screens of roasting machines, rollers of machines for continuous casting of billets, including bimetallic ones (resistance of which is 3-5 times as high as of those produced of forgings), guide drums and rolls of conveyer systems, drums for coiling aluminum foil. Radiant tubes Centrifugally-cast tubes of steel like 25%Cr, 20%Ni, 2%Si are widely used in construction of radiant heaters for electric and gas heating furnaces in protective atmosphere, heat treatment, chemical & heat treatment, alkaline pickling, enameling, heating in fluidized bed. Centrifugally-cast radiant heat-resistant tubes durability properties are as twice as high as the characteristics of the tubes made of analogous steel by means of plastic deformations. High temperature muffles, heads of burners, chutes R&PC "Trubostal" produces thin-walled tubes of stainless and heat-resistant steel with OD range 500-1066mm for muffles of electric and gas continuous and chamber furnaces, reactors and titanium making reactors with operating temperature range 650-1200C. Compared to similar products, manufactured by means of flaring and welding of rolled sheet, the ones made of centrifugally-cast tubes are more reliable (weld free) and have less residual deformation in high temperature ambience under load. Tubes used in petrochemical industry Centrifugally-cast tubes with 20-25%Cr, 32Ni and Nb content are widely used in petrochemical industry in plants for natural gas reforming (T - 950C, pressure Æ 3MPa), in ethylene cracking plants, in which operating pressure is relatively low, temperature, however, reaches 1000C, in plants for sulphur production and others. Abrasive-and wear-resistant tubes R&PC "Trubostal" have mastered the production of bimetallic tubes of the combinations: carbon steel+ wear-resistant high-chromium steel, that are successfully work in pulp-feed lines for hydraulic transportation of granular materials in mining and metallurgical-, mining-, gold- and diamond mining industries; wear-resistant tubes have a good reputation as chutes for cement conveying at cement plants. Sleeve-blanks for production of tubes and rings. Applying centrifugally-cast tube-billet for production of hot- and cold-rolled tubes allows to obtain tubes of high quality and high accuracy of wide size and steel grade range.
