Rubezhnoye State Chemical Plant "Zarja" was started in 1917 as an explosives manufacturing plant. Nowadays, the enterprise is manufacturer and supplier of 45 types of chemical products including explosives (trinitrotoluene, grammonites, emulkhim ShM), aromatic nitro compounds (mononitrotoluenes, dinitrotoluenes), 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid, urea-formaldehyde resins, polymer goods and others. Since 2005 and up until now, the plant has supplied more than 2500 metric tonnes of TNT to the US market. Rubezhnoye State Chemical "Zarja"s products are manufactured under supervised co-nditions established by the BVQI-certified Management System that is in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standard.
