Konstantin Seryogin is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Citibank (Ukraine) and has responsibility for all aspects of cash management, trade finance and securities products. He is also responsible for relations with Ukrainian financial institutions and the public sector. He joined the firm in 2000 as a Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions. Konstantin Seryogin received his Master of Economics from Kyiv University (1993).
